i got complimentary twin room with a beautiful bright balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. the location was fantastic very close to the main seminyak shopping street, next door to seminyak village. the atmosphere created was special.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - they greated us by our names and helped us with any questions we had. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had great air conditioning. The hotel facilities were nice as well - we especially enjoyed the warm and blissful pool. The location is great - it's away from the main roads, so it's quiet, but it's near some great local food and a short walk to more western eateries. The breakfast was also good - there was a proper menu to choose from and the service was friendly.

Nice pool and poolside area, great for relaxing after a long day of work. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The air conditioning in the rooms was not very effective, so it got quite hot at night. The bathroom had a bad smell at times, which was unpleasant.
